I, Albert Sepulveda, founder of Sepulveda Development have worked in the construction industry for more than 35 years. When I started my company 12 years ago, I was determined to give my clients the respect and service they deserve. Our mission is to develop a long-term relationship with our clients. We understand that home renovation can be very stressful and will make every effort to assure your comfort.

Tax incentives are able to help the costs over several years. Our goal for the survey process is to make it more usable for people with disabilities. Keep in mind that full compliance with Standards is required for only new construction & alterations. However, the regulations doesn't define how much effort and expense are required for a facility to meet its obligation.
